1. DESIGN & ANALYSIS OF SCAFFOLDING STRUCTURE:


1.1 ANALYSIS MODEL
A three-dimensional Structural Model of the proposed scaffolding structure had analyzed
using Staad pro V8i. The 3D structural model is shown in Figure-2. The model has analyzed
for all possible gravity loads such as Dead load, Live load as well as environmental, weather
& Wind as per BNBC-2020.

 Considered total one person in a single flight at a time. Loads on stringer supported
beam:-1.11 kN. Considerded 01 person

1.6 WIND LOAD


Considered minimum construction wind load 0.77 kN/m2 as per ASCE/SEI 37-14 Section
6.2
Considered a factor of 0.8 for the construction period as specified in ASCE/SEI 37-14
Section 6.2.1
So, Applied wind load = 0.77*0.8 = 0.616 kN/m2

1.8 Recommandations:
1. 14mm plywood shall be used at the top of platform to prevent falling any object
as well as walkway of labour.

2. Each & every working place we should provide screened green net protection
bottom of platform for ensuring to prevent any falling object.

2. CONCLUSION
From the above analysis & calculation the Rebar mesh both 25mm & 12mm are sufficient in
terms of strength & serviceability.
