The usage of ‘is am are’ is


an important grammatical
concept once children
begin forming sentences.

Pack will help practice
these linking verbs.

Is: We use ‘is’ when


referring to someone or
something (in the singular).
Simply put, we use ‘is’
when referring to one.

For example:

Tom is hungry.

He is cute.

She is tired.

am: Use ‘am’ when


referring to yourself.
