Virtual Dot (Virtual Dot: Overview | LinkedIn) , serving top-tier clients such as Infosys, Tata
Consultancy Services, Delhi Public School, Income Tax Department.

Position Summary & Expectations:

The role is to strategically advise & support the growth of a new venture providing B2B SaaS
solutions

 We are looking for someone to devise Go-To-Market strategy for our products, in turn guiding
development of new capabilities and offerings along with customer success
 Identify market potential through targeted research, conduct in-depth industry research to
identify trends & whitespaces, assess target audience, and evaluate competition.
 Provide research and data backed insights in the decision-making processes related to
product designs, pricing, and promotions.
 Collect data on consumers, competitors and market; consolidate information into actionable
items, reports and presentations
 Develop action plans & roadmap to turn strategy into actions and measure outcomes
 Cultivating strategic partnerships and business opportunities for the company’s growth
 Sourcing potential leads & organising product demonstrations for client acquisition

An Ideal Candidate is someone who:


 Is self-motivated & takes ownership for end-to-end execution of tasks
 Has the 0 to 1 mindset to contribute to an early-stage firm
 Is proficient in secondary research, with strong analytical and presentation skills
 Has excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to handle clients
 Aptitude to learn & willingness to contribute across different functions

Requirements:

 Proven Market Research/ Strategy experience


 Prior experience in client facing roles is a must
 Prior experience in a startup/consulting firm is a plus
 Experience with SaaS/IT services is a plus
 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related
 An MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute
