AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, MARLOW ANJELO GUEMO MALIKSI, of legal age, single, Filipino

citizen, and with residence and postal address at 2281, Dasmariňas Village,
Makati City, Philippines after being duly sworn to law, do hereby freely states,
THAT:

1. That I am depositor at the Philippine National Bank under Account

Number: __________________;

2. That, I received a message from my online bank notification that a

transaction was executed dated June 18, 2023. The caption of the said
transaction is mentioned below:

3. That I had not made any transaction on June 18, 2023 and that I
am not aware of any past transactions with TRENITALIA which upon online
research reveals that it is an Italian firm and a primary train operator in Italy;

4. That I have not travelled abroad as evidenced on my passport and I

have never made any transaction with Trenitalia nor have been to Italy to make
any purchase or acquired the services thereto. Attached hereto is the copy of my
Philippine Passport and made an integral part of this affidavit;

5. I hereby declare under oath that I vehemently deny any transaction

or made any purchase of goods or services for TRENITALIA. Nor I am involved
in electronic fraud or any crime committed against any person or entity;

6. I execute this affidavit of denial to attest the truth of all the

foregoing, and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
