Note: To verify that the area/material being inspected was tested by a


SA approved third party testing agency, the test results attached with
this RFI shall be verified by the relevant PID inspection Unit if copy of
the test results had been received directly from the 3rd party lab. If not
available in the PID inspection Unit, the inspector shall contact the third
party lab rep and request for an explanation. If explanation is not
reasonable, NCR shall be issued to the 3rd party lab through the Batch
Plants & Civil Testing Group.

A General Requirements

All the construction and batch plants equipment requirements shall be in


accordance with MOT, section 1.08. In addition to this section, the
Batch Plant shall maintain a Quality Control Program that include the SAES Q-006

materials tests and frequencies as mentioned in Sec. 5.5.4. Tests for Section 5.5.4
Saudi Aramco acceptance purposes shall be performed by a Saudi
Aramco-approved independent testing laboratory.

Third Party Agency's Quality Personnel assigned to the Work must be


technically competent to perform their duties and shall have a Schedule "Q"

recommendation for approval from Saudi Aramco to perform applicable Section 5.5
Tests.

Tests performed in accordance to applicable Standards in the presence Schedule "Q"
