EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Sinapot is one of the must try merienda snacks when you are in the Bicol region.

Since saba or plantain banana is very abundant in the Municipality of Libon. Because of

its mouth-watering taste and low- price students often eat this kind of food. Our Product

named Tasty Sinapot will offer an appetizing yet nutritious snacks for everybody.

The proponents decided to come up with a business using this kind of

ingredients. We decided to venture this kind of business because we believe that the

people will always purchase the products which become part of their everyday lives.

The tasty sinapot will be available starting December 12-21, 2023. We are going

to sell it house-to-house located at Purok Balyena Pantao, Libon, Albay.

We venture this kind of business to provide a nutritious snack and as well as to

earn income by providing an affordable yet delicious snacks for everybody. We found

out 2 competitors to our business. The Tasty Sinapot will be marketed through house-to-

house selling. Our business will be managed by our group only, no other people will be

involve.

MISSION STATEMENT:
To increase sales or revenue by providing affordable yet delicious snacks for

everybody

COMPETITOR:

As we pursue with our business, we expect to compete with:

TURON and BANANA CUE BUSINESS

 We considered them as our competitor because the raw ingredients that we are

going to use is banana which is similar to ingredients that they are going to use.

MARKETING PLAN:

As a small entrepreneur, we plan to market our product that we named “Tasty

Sinapot”. The mentioned business will be marketed through house-to-house.

VENDORS AND SUPPLIES:

The selling will be done by us. There will be no involved people outside the

school premises. The business will be conducted by the group 1 of 12-ABM students of

Pantao National High School. The raw materials will be bought from the supermarket

and products will only be from the students and known suppliers.

have a lot of choices.

OPERATIONS AND OPERATING MANAGEMENT:


Tasty Sinapot will be available on December 12-21, 2023. Our business offers

only tasty sinapot. The utensils that we are going to use are stove, food tong, frying pan,

plates, and colander.

FINANCIAL PLANNING:

As we build up this business the amount to be use or expenses will be

contributed by us. The amount we are going to pay each will be 20 pesos. The list below

will be the budgetary requirements necessary putting up into this kind of business.

RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN:

When putting up a business is expecting that there are many risks to be encountered

and conflicts that may happen. Therefore, we discuss these different dilemmas so that

we can avoid discussions and misunderstandings. One risk is that we might find a hard

time in preparing our products because it includes a lot process to prepare.

TIMELINE:
 December 11, 2023 we will buy the raw materials needed for our products.

 The day-to-day selling of our product start in December 12-21 and will only

available at 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

Venturing a business by a beginner like us for the first time seems to be difficult

and we always think of different possibilities that may happen to our business.

We choose this kind of product and expect to satisfy our customers. We also

make sure not just the quantity but most especially the quality of the products that we

are going to sell.

Tasty Sinapot product will surely fit to the taste of everybody because we believe

that people will always purchase the products which become part of their everyday

lives. The criticisms that we may get can help to us in improving our products for better

satisfaction.

DAY-TO-DAY IMPLEMENTATION
DAY 1: BEGINNING
12/12/23

Starting the first day of our business simulation was not easy. We feel nervous and shy,
but we are determined enough to make our first day successful. The first day shouldn’t
be a failure especially since we’ve reached the maximum number of products that we
are going to sell today. Many customers trusted us as though it is our first time, and we
appreciated that.

DAY 2: IMPROVEMENT
12/13/23

On this day, we monitored and checked the sales of our business. Thankfully, we
already learned how to budget our money to earn a profit. Computing the profit, we had
for the first day motivates us to work hard a lot. We can see that as days passed by, our
group was improving and are being productive. We are proud to say that we are doing
great today.

DAY 3: APPRECIATED
12/14/23
Another productive day, since we’ve reached the maximum of goods we are selling. We
focus and observe our customers. Many of them become our ‘suki’ and we always
received positive feedback from them. It feels so good that people appreciate our effort.

DAY 4: UNITY
12/15/23

The energy and determination of each member for our business was still seen today.
Each member suggesting different style of selling to make the customer buy our product
in allotted number. We can see that each of us giving their full efforts to sell and to sold
our product.

DAY 5: COMPLIMENTS
12/16/23

Today we’re extremely happy because of what we heard to one our customers that our
product is super big compared to other vendors of sinapot and at the same time we’re
selling it in an affordable price.

DAY 6: BLESSED
12/17/23

Today, we sold our product in just 1 hour and we’re thankful that they trusted us even
though we are just starting and not an expert one to make and to sell this kind of
product. We can see that our effort and hard work was pay off.
DAY 7: UNDERSTANDING
12/18/23

Another day, another realization that it is not easy to sell a product especially in house-
to-house because you can encounter different kind of people that has an attitude that
can cause a simple misunderstanding. You feel sorry and pressured but you need to
fight and understand them for the sake of business but also to maintain the good
relationship.

DAY 8: EFFORTS
12/19/23

Because of a lot of house chores to do we need to balance our time just to sell our
product that is why even though we are tired, we need to fight to maintain and manage
our energy for us to strengthen our mind and body while selling our product to satisfy
our beautiful and amazing customers.
DAY 9: PROUD
12/20/23

No words can describe how grateful us today. We are proud that we faced and
overcome our shyness and now we can chat and communicate to our customers. That’s
why don’t find a reason to give up because every success experience difficulty and
failure.

DAY 10: SUCCESS


12/21/23

This is the last day of our business implementation. Those days are very challenging yet
unforgettable. We experience new things and we’ve learned from it. Thanks to
ourselves because we didn’t give up but rather, we enjoy it more. We are motivated
because God is with us that is always helping, supporting, and guiding us. Finally, we
can say that we made it.
