I. Objective/s:
 Ensure the lessons are in line with the learning objectives.
 Develop strategies to capture and keeping pupil’s attention.
 Share resources and strategies to enhance teaching and learning.
II. Materials used:
 Tarpapel, flashcards/metacards, marker,pictures, laptop

III. Activities:
 Making of personal reading materials
 Collaborative discussion and sharing of ideas on materials presented
 Personal lesson preparation

IV. Stakeholder’s support:

 School principal’s & co – teacher’s support
 Parents’ support

V. Outcome:
 Teachers had able to create strategies to a diversity of learners and was able to
create an innovative and engaging learning materials.
