RENT AGREEMENT

This rent agreement is hereby executed on this, 31st day of May 2024between W/O,
residing at No.63, herein after referred to as "First Party / Landlord" which expression shall mean
and include his heirs, successors,
legal representatives and assigns etc.
AND
hereinafter referred to as "TENANT" which term shall unless it is repugnant to the context
mean and include his heirs, executives, administrators, legal representatives and assigns of the
OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the house property situated at No.26, 1st Main Road, Priyadarshini Nagar, Goriniedu,
Puducherry-605 006, is owned by the Landlord herein by his/her title and possession.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-


That the rate of the rent of the said premises is settled at Rs.12.000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousan
only) per month exclusive of water, Electricity bill and other incidental charges.

1. That the tenancy shall effective from 01st day of June 2024 and shall remain enforced for the
period of 11 months.
2. That the second party has deposited a sum of Rs.10.000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as the
security amount, which will be refunded / adjusted at the time of vacating the said premises.
3. That the second party shall use the said premises for the residential purpose.
4. That the second party shall not sublet, part with possession assigned the same to any person in
any manner whatsoever.
5. That in case the second party fails to pay the monthly rent to the first party consecutively for
the period of two months, then the second party shall vacate the premises on question
immediately.
6. That the second party shall not damage the fittings and fixtures fitted in the rented premises and
shall keep and maintain the same in good condition and shall also make arrangements for the
repairs or replacements of the damaged fittings and fixtures whatsoever, will be required at his
own expenses.
7. If any damages in AC, Fridge, Cot, TV, Washing Machine and other house hold item given by
owner money will adjust in advance amount given by tenant.
8. That the second party shall permit the first party or any of his authorized person to enter the said
premises at reasonable time for inspection purpose.
9. That both of the parties shall to give two months advance notice to each other In case of vacating
the premises in question before the expiry period of the tenancy.
10. That the terms and conditions as stated above shall be binding on both the parties. The
terms and conditions of this agreement are final and are irrevocable.

1. IN WITNESSES THEREOR, the parties have signed this agreement on this 31st day of May
2024 written in the presence of witnesses at Pondicherry.
