TRANSLATED COPIES OF THE ANNEXURES, IN THE INTEREST OF
JUSTICE.

Sir,

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH AS UNDER :-

1. That the Appellant has filed the accompanying First

Appeal, the contents of the First Appeal may kindly be
read as part and parcel of this application, as the same
are not repeaated herein for the sake of brevity and in
order to avoid the repetition.
2. That keeping in view the nature of urgency and paucity
of time, the fair typing of the annexure is not possible.
Moreover, the Appellant undertakes to file the fair
typed copy of the annexure/s as and when it will be
required by this Hon’ble Commission.
3. That the non filing of the types and translated copy of
the annexure is neither deliberate nor intentional but
due to the above mentioned reason only.
4. P R A Y E R :- Therefore the Appellant prays that :-
 It is therefore, this Hon’ble Court may graciously be
pleased to allow the exemption to the petitioner to file
the fair/true typed copy of the Annexure/s as well as
translated copy of the Annexure/s, in the interest of
Justice.
Any other order/direction which this Hon’ble
Commision may deem, fit and approproiate in the
given facts of the case may kindly be passed.
