RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF CASH GIFT TO BARANGAY OFFICIALS,

BARANGAY SECRETARY AND BARANGAY TREASURER IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (₱50,000.00) ONLY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Paniangan has appropriated Year-End Bonus to Barangay Officials in its duly
approved Barangay Annual Budget for 2019;

WHEREAS, pursuant to the DBM Budget Circular No. 2016-4, dated April 28, 2016, re: Rules and Regulations of
the Grant of Cash Gift, Barangay Officials are under the coverage on the grant of Cash Gift;

WHEREAS, pursuant to the above cited circular, Cash Gift shall be released not earlier than November 15 of the
current year in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos only (₱5,000.00);

WHEREAS, all personnel availing such bonus are within the defined premises of sub-paragraphs 6.1 (1 and 2) of
the said circular;

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, on motion of Hon. Kag. Melita J. Antiquina which was duly seconded
by Hon. Kag. Juliet G. Cañete, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF CASH GIFT TO

BARANGAY OFFICIALS, BARANGAY SECRETARY AND BARANGAY TREASURER IN THE AMOUNT OF
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (₱50,000.00) ONLY

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Municipal Budget Office, Municipal Accounting
Office, Office of the Sangguniang Bayan and other offices concerned for their reference.
