REACTION PAPER

(WALKING FIELD TRIP)

Date: June 10, 2024.

It’s our duty as a human to help and protect our environment, if we did
not preserve it, it would hard for us to survive. Nature has been our source of
our basic needs throughout our existence; foods, shelter, and many more
things. As someone who grow up experiencing devastating things cause by
nature, such as typhoon, earthquake, floods and other natural phenomenon, I
can say it’s a wake-up call for us, that it’s time for us to stop doing things that
harming our nature and that now is the time to make a step towards
constructing again our nature.

That’s why I was immensely happy, when I first heard that in this subject
we are going to conduct a field trip, aiming to help and protect our nature. I
can’t contain the happiness I was feeling at that moment.

During the trip, I can sense the excitement that everyone is feeling at
that moment. Everyone is doing their assigned part to clean, which we started
cleaning along the road of the Mangrovetum and afterwards the insides, where
we can feel the buzzling green of tress dancing on the air. We ensured that
picked up each trash that we’ve seen from entrance to exit of the
Mangrovetum, and then we put it in the trash bag. After collecting all the

trashes, we put the trash bags, in its designated area, were in the morning the
garbage collector is going to collect it.

Overall, it was a fun and exciting activity.
