WHAT: FIRST QUARTER SCHOOL-BASED REVIEW/PIR ON THE BELCP/LRCP

The meeting started with a prayer through Mrs. Babylyn G. Dayao, Teacher III. Opening remarks was
delivered by Mrs. Marie-Kris M. Ganela Teacher III. Mr. Benjamin C. Quilnat Jr. delivered his opening remarks
through a heart-warming congratulations to the teachers for a job well-done.
The first agendum was the discussion of learners' performances in doing their requirements. The teachers
claim that most students actively participated in doing their task in different activities, assignments requirements and
in answering their summative test. However, they also attested that there are still students who fail to submit
requirements on time. Suggestions were given by other teachers like frequent follow-ups through calls and messages
with the learners and parents as well. This is to ensure 100% passing rates among learners for SY 2023-2024.
Another topic being discussed was the strengthening of partnership with the volunteers in order to ensure
100% attendance of the pupils in attending Face to Face classes. Some teachers also suggested that for those non-
participating learners, teachers and parents to assist pupils in going back to school.
Third in the list of agenda is the discussion on the different interventions to be done in order to encourage learners to
actively attend their classes during the Fae to Face classes. The teachers laid plans in order to champion education
amid challenges brought by Covid pandemic.
The professional developments of teachers were also given consideration. Mr. Romel 5. Tangonan encourage
the teachers to continuously update themselves by enrolling in graduate and post- graduate studies and by attending to
different webinars and upskilling training in order for them to keep abreast with the modern strategies and techniques
in teaching under the new normal. Different School- based seminars and trainings were also conceived most especially
in upgrading the ICT skills of the teachers which are all necessary in the new normal.
In order to close the gap that has been lost during the COVID 19 pandemic school heads and teachers helping
together to have a physiological awareness among pupils in order for them not to reluctant to continue their studies
during the implementation of the Full Face to Face classes. Also Availability of learning resources were also discussed
by reviewing the available modules and LAS in the DepEd repository. As an offshoot to the problem on scarcity or
unavailability of modules and LAS in the repository, teachers were encouraged to craft their own Learning Activity
Sheets and be quality-assured in the Division Office.
The School Head, Dr. Benjamin C. Quilnat Jr. believes that through the cooperation of the teachers and
partnership with the parents and other stakeholders, everything is made possible.

The meeting started at exactly 1:00 with a prayer leaded by the school head.
The Grade 6 adviser, Mrs Freshnaida B. Caoilan, presented the following agenda:

 Enrollment for SY 2023-2024


 Guidelines in the opening ofclasses
 Brigada Eskwela
 Gulayan sa Paaralan
 Health Kit for the learners
The school head, Mr. Romel S. Tangonan led the meeting. First thing that was discussed during the meeting is the
update of enrollees for the school year 2022-2023. He called the attention of those who weren't able to enroll yet to
kindly do it asap. For those transferees, he also informed the parents that it is the adviser's duty to communicate from
the previous school to do follow up for their requirements to be turned over. For the requirements, old learners need to
submit to submit their birth certificates and birth certificate, SF9 and SF10 for the transferees.
Second, It was explained that on the first week of the opening of classes the school will undergo Phase 1 which means,
the pupils will attend their face-to-face classes for 3 days and the remaining 2 days will be blended. It will run from
August 22-August 26 2022. Phase 2 will follow, which means the learners will attend the face-to-face learning for 4
days and last day will be a blended learning this will run until further notice. It was also mentioned that instead of
modules, Learning Activity Sheets will be distributed. During the face-to-face classes, the school canteen will not yet
operate. The pupils will bring their own snacks. They also have to bring their own health kit. The school will still
follow the health protocols. And wearing uniform is not mandatory.
in line with the learner's status, Mr. Tangonan asked the parents to assist the teachers in monitoring their children's
reading progress. Teachers will give the pupils their reading materials. This is to help the learners refresh their
learnings right before the pandemic happened. To help them adjust to the new normal learning
The school head, gave his appreciation to those who participated during the Brigada Eskwela. He reminded everyone
that Brigada should not be stop right after classes begins. He also asked for the support of the community in the
school's Gulayan sa Paaralan.
