EXPLANATION OF REVIT TOOL BARS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF 2BHK

DESIGN DIAGRAM:

Procedure for Implementing a 2BHK Floor Plan:

1. Open a New Project: Launch Revit and create a new project with the desired template, such as
"Architectural Template."
2. Set Units: Go to the "Manage" tab on the Ribbon, click "Project Units," and configure the units for
your project.
3. Create Rooms: In the "Architecture" tab, click on the "Room" tool. Draw rectangular areas to
represent the rooms of your 2BHK unit, such as the bedrooms, hall, and kitchen.
4. Add Walls: Select the "Wall" tool from the "Architecture" tab. Draw walls by specifying their start and
end points or by sketching them. Create the walls according to the desired floor plan, considering
dimensions and layout.
5. Place Doors: Select the "Door" tool from the "Architecture" tab. Click on a wall where you want to
insert a door. Choose a door type from the library and place it in the desired location.
6. Insert Windows: Click on the "Window" tool in the "Architecture" tab. Similar to doors, select a wall
where you want to insert a window and choose a window type from the library. Place the window in
the desired position.
7. Adjust Element Properties: With the walls, doors, and windows selected, you can use the Properties
Palette to modify various parameters. For example, you can adjust the dimensions, materials, and
other properties to customize the elements to your specifications.
8. Modify and Fine-Tune: Use the Modify Toolbar to refine your design. You can move, copy, or rotate
elements as needed. Additionally, you can adjust the thickness of walls, set their height, and add
additional architectural details.
9. Add Furniture and Fixtures: To enhance the design, you can further populate the rooms with furniture,
appliances, and other fixtures. You can utilize the "Furniture" and "Component" tools available in the
"Architecture" tab to insert these elements.
10. Save and Document: Finally, save your project and document your design by creating views, sections,
and sheets to generate construction documents or presentation drawings.

Outcome:
 Implementation of level creating and modifications of levels as per requirements.
 Creating of walls as per the required thickness and implementation.
 Loading and implementation of Revit family for windows and doors.

RESULT: Hence implementation of 2BHK drawn by using in Revit architecture.
