assistance strongly for employees. Dominos has arranged training to teach employee to
improve their skills in their working skills to perform their job effectively. Moreover, dominos
education assistance has multiple of training level for their employees. Example, online
module, classroom training and on the job training. This helps employee to developed and
maintain a good skills and performance in the organisation. Education assistance helps
employee for self-encouragement to keep going on their career at dominos.

Recruitment via internet

In my opinion, recruitment via internet encourages more people to join dominos and
experience the working field. In this busy era not everyone affordable to travel and find their
job and most common thing everyone have is internet. Fresh graduate, SPM leavers who
seeking for job in internet easily can attract by the organisation which they promote in
internet. Young people take this opportunity to join this work. This will be a motivation who
give up in searching for job but didn’t get a chance to experience. Moreover, can grow their
career in young age as well their experience.
