Ms.Janice Antoniette Forster (Manager, Siliman University, SINERGY TBI) Janice Antoniette Forster, M.IT, MBA, is a part-time facully member at Silliman University, where she is the Technology Business Incubator Manager. She mentors entrepreneurial projects, secures partnerships and funding, and has led initiatives such as the DASIG Regional Startup Consortium and SINERGY Fablab. Additionally, Janice serves as the Strategic Adviser of the Philippine eLearning Society (PELS), where she was previously a board member and President for nine years. She is also a CHED RQAT Accreditor for ITE programs. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Education at Silman University, focusing on Research & Evaluation.
