RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE FOLLOWING, TO WIT:

REALIGN FROM:
FY 2020 20% BDF, INSTALLATION OF SECONDARY POWERLINES……… ₱60,000.00

REALIGN TO:
FY 5% BDRRMF, COVID-19 RESPONSE PROGRAM………….……………..… ₱60,000.00

(Explanatory Notes)

WHEREAS, a State of Public Health Emergency was declared throughout the Philippines due to
the COVID-19 in accordance with the recommendation of the DOH and the IATF through Presidential
Proclamation No. 922, series of 2020; further, Presidential Proclamation No. 929, series of 2020, was
issued declaring the entire Philippines under State of Calamity in response to the spread of COVID-19;

WHEREAS, Section 2 of Presidential Proclamation No. 922, series of 2020, and Section 3 of
Presidential Proclamation No. 929, series of 2020, enjoined all government agencies and LGUs to
render full assistance to and cooperation with each other and mobilize the necessary resources to
undertake critical, urgent, and appropriate disaster response aid and measures in a timely manner to
curtail and eliminate the threat of COVID-19;

WHEREAS, in response to the spread of COVID-19, Barangay Government of Paniangan

organized its frontliners to ensure safety and to eliminate the spread of the virus within its area of
jurisdiction and as part of acknowledging their courage, the barangay has to distribute food assistance to
its frontliners in the form of rice subsidy;

WHEREAS, portion of the 20% BDF-Installation of Secondary Powerlines amounting to

₱60,000.00 shall be realigned to 5% BDRRMF-COVID-19 Response Program intended for the
distribution of food relief to the frontliners as a way of acknowledging their courage and dedication in
fighting against COVID-19 for the welfare of the constituents;

 NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Kag. Melita J. Antiquina which was duly seconded by
Hon. Kag. Bernard M. Aca-ac, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay, in regular

session, duly convened, TO REALIGN THE FOLLOWING, TO WIT:
