372GPs till now. Although daily pending fault detail of GPs are being send/emailed to you on given id

order till date and fault are not been attended by maintenance team, even after passing more than
20days.GPs fault are increasing day by day due to not attending/maintaining on daily basis,list of 372
GPs given in WO and no one GP fiber fault removed and update till date above.
As per clause Schedule A(d) rectification of fiber /OF cable cut faults made over by bsnl officer
to the vendor/tenderer must be rectified the fault within MOU time period otherwise penalty will be
imposed as per terms & conditions of MOU signed between BSNL & BBNL as per schedule-A terms &
conditions of the tender each team must having OTDR-1,Splicing machine-1,Fiber cleaver-1,Power
meter-1,Vehicle/splicing Van-1,Motorcycle-2,
Availability of Man power in Jaipur SSA as per MOU Labour-08Nos, Patroller / visitor for OF
routes/ASK-08Nos,Splicer Man-4Nos must be maintained so that fault can be rectified on timely, as per
NMS latest fault report is more than 100 GPs fault are pending and these faults are being monitoring on
higher level on daily basis,worthy CGMT sir taking very seriously higher GPs fault issue in Jaipur SSA.

1. The material will be issued to you or your authorized representative by store in charge “SDE OFC (Store)”
after receipt of requisition through site in charge.
2. The detailed instructions regarding location/works can be obtained from site in charge.
3. Date of commencement of work means the date of actual commencement of work or 7 th day from the date of
issuance of work order, whichever is earlier.
4. The incremental OFC length detail /L-14 diagramm of GPs soft copy has been sent you on your authorized
mail-id. The work shall be executed as per approved, terms and conditions of the tender document and
instructions issued by site incharge from time to time.
5. Service level agreement (S.L.A.) are to be maintained strictly as per clause under schedule .
6. Resources are to be deployed by the contractor as per Annexure -1
7. Billing cycle Monthly - Bill of maintenance OF cable is to be submit DE Nofn office every month after all
formalities from field unit for further processing as per the term & condition of the tender.
8. All terms and conditions are as per Tender documents and agreement signed on dated 05-10-2018.

1) The Site in charge with the instructions that work shall be supervised
as per terms & conditions of the agreement made with contractor.
2) The detail of faulty incremental OFC occurred of GPs will be obtained from NMS and concern site
incharge and record is to be maintained in register.
3) As soon as OFC fault complaint is received by the contractor fault of incremental OF cable GP is to be attend
within time fram as per the term & condition of the NOFN Mtce tender clause.
4) Proper register of fault record with time and date is to be maintained by contractor as well as site
incharge,Enteries in the hindrance register shall be made from time to time based on prevailing conditions in
the field.
5) The SDE OFC (Store), O/o PGMTD, Jaipur. Pl keep proper accounting of store materials related to NOFN
project.
