We believe that the major contributory factor of school ﻧﺆﻣﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺪارس اﻟﺮﻳﺎض ﺑﺄن ﺟﻮدة اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻫﻲ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ

effectiveness is good quality teaching. Therefore, we wish to اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺲ اﻟﺬي ﻳﺴﺎﻫﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺪارس؛ ﻟﺬا وﺿﻌﻨﺎ اﻫﺘﻤﺎﻣﺎ ﻛﺒﻴﺮا
ﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺳﺎت اﻟﺼﻔﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻤﻴﻦ واﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺎت وذﻟﻚ ﻋﺒﺮ رﻓﻊ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى
develop the teaching staff by increasing their subject knowledge
