All academic staff are required to read and sign the following ‫ﻳﺘﻌﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ أﻋﻀﺎء اﻟﻜﺎدر اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻲ اﻻﻃﻼع واﻟﺘﻮﻗﻴﻊ ﺳﻨﻮﻳﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
annually. :‫اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ‬

We believe that the major contributory factor of school ‫ﻧﺆﻣﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺪارس اﻟﺮﻳﺎض ﺑﺄن ﺟﻮدة اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻫﻲ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬
‫ﹰ‬
effectiveness is good quality teaching. Therefore, we wish to ‫اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺲ اﻟﺬي ﻳﺴﺎﻫﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺪارس؛ ﻟﺬا وﺿﻌﻨﺎ اﻫﺘﻤﺎﻣﺎ ﻛﺒﻴﺮا‬
‫ﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺳﺎت اﻟﺼﻔﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻤﻴﻦ واﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺎت وذﻟﻚ ﻋﺒﺮ رﻓﻊ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى‬

Schools is expected to demonstrate consistently high standards ،‫ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻴﺮ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺑﺼﻔﺔ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮة ﺳﻮاء ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮى اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻲ أو اﻟﻤﻬﻨﻲ‬

There will be occasions and circumstances in which staff must
