To whom it may concern,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of my decision to withdraw from the JOA
scholarship for the upcoming trimester. As a recipient of the JOA scholarship for the BS Hospitality
Management program, I am immensely grateful for the support and opportunities it has provided me.

After careful consideration and reflection on my academic and career goals, I have decided to pursue a
different path by transferring from the BS Hospitality Management program to the BS Marine
Transportation program. This decision aligns more closely with my passion for maritime studies and my
long-term career aspirations in the marine industry.

In light of this change, I would like to inquire about the possibility of applying my Honor Student
Scholarship to support my studies in the BSMT. As an honor student, I am committed to maintaining high
academic standards and contributing positively to the academic community.

Additionally, I am interested in exploring other scholarship opportunities available, such as the Student
Assistance Program. If eligible, I would like to apply for any scholarships or financial aid programs that
may support my educational endeavors in the said program.

Please let me know the necessary steps to proceed with the withdrawal of the JOA scholarship and the
application process for the Honor Student Scholarship and other relevant scholarship offers. I am more
than willing to provide any further documentation or information required for these processes.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance in facilitating this transition. I am eager to continue my
academic journey and remain committed to excelling in my studies.

Sincerely,

Mark Jayson C. Curan
