I/We hereby acknowledge and agree that, to be qualified, I/we will abide with the following

Terms and Conditions:

1. An individual/ corporate member must maintain a total average daily balance (ADB) of at least P100,000/P500,000, respectively, in his/its RCBC
savings and checking account/s in order to keep his/their Hexagon Club membership.
2. RCBC may at any time impose a fee upon clients who sign up and then later on fail to maintain the required ADB. In addition to this, regular fees
may be imposed on said accounts.
3. RCBC may disclose and share the member’s personal/corporate information, as deemed applicable, including bank account information, with
other YGC subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as selected third parties to offer selected products and services which are relevant and necessary in
the administration of his account/s including but not limited to product/service improvements/upgrades, data analytics and related automated
processes as part of RCBC’s initiatives to further improve its services.
4. RCBC may share the Hexagon Club member’s information, including bank account information, with RCBC Bankard, Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc.,
and Malayan Insurance Company, Inc. to process and provide the perks and privileges for his/its membership.
5. The member acknowledges his/its responsibility in ensuring that his/its bank records are current and updated. The member shall inform RCBC of
any such changes in his/its records in writing by visiting any branch. RCBC shall not be responsible for any consequences that may arise as a
result of the member’s failure to notify RCBC in a timely manner of any change in his/its mailing address, contact details or other information.
6. Vouchers for the perks and privileges will be sent together with the welcome kit. These must be presented to any RCBC Branch when availing the
perks and privileges.
7. RCBC will not be liable for any lost vouchers. Lost vouchers will not be replaced and the value thereof will be forfeited. Availment of all perks and
privileges shall be in accordance to guidelines set by RCBC and/or its partners.
8. Vouchers are deemed used once they are surrendered by the member to RCBC in exchange for the chosen freebie/reward.
9. RCBC is not liable for any perks and privileges that are not available at the time of availment.

11. The member hereby agrees that RCBC and its offices, branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives and authorized third parties may
send or communicate with the member via SMS, email and/or other means available in the future for reminders, notices, promotional
advertisements/campaigns, from time to time concerning the account/s of the member and other bank products and services.
12. The member hereby agrees that all notices and communications are deemed to have been duly received by the member if hand delivered to or
sent by registered mail to the address of the member indicated herein or subsequently provided to RCBC, or if sent by email and/or by other
means available in the future. The member also agree that he/it will be deemed notified of any changes in relation to his/its account/s if such
changes are either duly posted in conspicuous places in RCBC's Branch, published in a newspaper, sent by registered mail, sent by SMS or sent by
email or other means available in the future.
13. The Terms and Conditions have been discussed with the member by an RCBC Personnel.
14. The Terms and Conditions and may be amended from time to time by RCBC in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. These Terms
and Conditions may be modified, amended, added, deleted or varied by RCBC by way of posting on RCBC’s website, or in any matter deemed
suitable by RCBC. Hexagon Club members agree to access the RCBC website regularly to view these Terms and Conditions. RCBC shall not be
liable for any consequential or indirect damage or for any loss of value or benefits that may arise as a result of any changes made to these Terms
and Conditions.
15. In case the member is unable to comply with any one of the Terms and Conditions above and/or for such grounds as may be determined by
RCBC on its own discretion, RCBC reserves the right to revoke his/its membership at any given time.
16. Similarly, RCBC may reinstate members as they see fit. Reinstatement will only be done at year end and will be effective when the next calendar
year commences.
17. RCBC does not authorize banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, loans, etc., undertaken outside bank premises, except
for such exceptions as may be allowed by RCBC and as may be provided under the law. Any transaction entered into with any bank personnel
outside bank premises and not falling under lawful exceptions shall not be recognized by RCBC and shall be deemed to have been entered into
without the proper authority.
18. The member hereby agrees that, when RCBC amends these Terms and Conditions, the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions
supersede all prior versions and govern the member’s account/s and/or membership herein. The member hereby acknowledges and agrees that,
by keeping his/its account/s open and using the same, as well as continuing to enjoy his/its membership and availing of the perks provided
therefor, he/it is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the changes and is bound by the same. The member further understands that if he/it
does not agree with said changes, he/it may close his/its account/s and/or terminate his/its membership as provided in these Terms and
Conditions.

By signing below, I/we agree to all the terms and conditions listed as I join RCBC’s Hexagon Club. I/We also confirm that all the
information indicated above is true and correct.
