Subject: WRITTEN TEST FOR THE POST OF UDC (BS-13) & LDC (BS-11).

With reference to your online application for the above mentioned post in
NHMP. You are hereby directed to report for the Written Test as per following
schedule:-

UDC: 13-07-2024 (Saturday)

Date Reporting Time: 08:00 am
LDC: 14-07-2024 (Sunday)

Venue Sports ground, Islamia University Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus, Hasil pur Road Bahawalpur

Instructions/Guidelines For Admission In The Examination Hall

i. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination Hall after start of the paper.

ii. No request for change of center will be entertained.

iii. You are directed to bring original CNIC and this call letter (if not received check your email and
take print) on the date of written test.

iv. You should bring your blue/black marker and clipboard to be used in the test.
v. You should bring your face mask.

vi. You are advised to reach the test venue well before time.

vii. Electronic Gadgets / Mobile phones / Calculators etc. are not allowed in the test center.

viii. Impersonation shall be dealt as per law.

ix. You have been admitted provisionally to appear in Test/Examination. You are being called
for the subject Written Test/Exam with the supposition that you have read eligibility criteria and
applied accordingly.

x. This admission letter does not mean that you have been found eligible for the post. Your
eligibility will be determined during scrutiny of your documents on the day of interview.

xi. The DSC reserves the right to interview any number of candidates at the top of the merit
list drawn against each post on the basis of Written Test/Examination.

xii. TA/DA will not be admissible.
