RESOLUTION DECLARING THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF SEVENTY-FOUR

THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS & 40/100 (₱74,774.40)
FROM THE UNCOLLECTED PORTION OF THE HONORARIUM OF THE PUNONG
BARANGAY FROM THE PERIOD JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2020 AS SAVINGS
AND FURTHER REALIGNING THE SAME AMOUNT AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT:

REALIGN FROM:
1. SAVINGS DUE TO HONORARIUM OF THE PB……….. ₱74,774.40

AUGMENT TO:
1. MID-YEAR BONUS…………………………………………. ₱74,774.40

(Explanatory Notes)

WHEREAS, Barangay Paniangan has earned in an aggregate amount of ₱74,774.40 due to the savings
generated from the uncollected portion of the monthly honorarium of the Punong Barangay from January to
December 2020 in effect to his appointment as ABC President and Ex-Officio to the Sangguniang Bayan;

WHEREAS, Barangay Paniangan has appropriated Mid-Year Bonus to Barangay Officials in its duly
approved Barangay Annual Budget for 2020 releasable not earlier than May 15 of the current year which is not
enough for the required amount;

WHEREAS, the council has decided to declare the savings and realign the above-declared savings
amount to augment the same to Mid-Year Bonus for the purpose;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Kag. Melita J. Antiquina which was duly seconded by Hon.
Bernard M. Aca-ac, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay, in regular session,

duly convened, to declare the amount of Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos & 40/100

(₱74,774.40) from the period January to December 2020 as savings and realign the same saved amount to
augment to Mid-Year Bonus to Barangay Officials of Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental;

RESOLVED FURTHER, To furnish copy of this resolution to the Municipal Budget Office, Municipal
Accounting Office and other offices concerned for their reference;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED 11 May 2020.
