OBJECT:
To commission a Reverse Osmosis System to recover 500 litres of low TDS water per hour.

In this process water under pressure is passed through membrane having pore diameter of 0.0001 m which
removes more than 90% of dissolved salts, organic material bacteria & suspended solids and allows only
required residual minerals & pure water molecules. The pure water is then ready for uses and impurities is
water are flushed to drain.

Annnexure (III) -Term & Conditions

STANDARDS
All standards used in the proposal shall be as per relevant Indian/International standards.
VALIDITY
This offer is valid for acceptance till 45 days from the date of offer.
DELIVERY
We expect to complete the contract within 5 to 10 Days from the date of receipt of Order.
The requisite utilities, manpower and raw materials should be available at the time of installation and
commissioning.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment 60% advance & 30% against Performa Invoice& before dispatch
Balance 10% after successfully Installation.

All other terms and conditions shall be discussed and agreed/finalized mutually at the time of agreement.
EXCLUSIONS
The following are specifically excluded from our scope of work:
1) All process inputs, Utilities such as tube well for water, power supply and distribution system,
inlet-outlet piping etc.
2) Fire Fighting Equipment.
3) All civil works including building, shed, foundations, roads, ramps, etc.
4) Temporary power supply during construction and erection of plant
5) Our Scope of supplies is limited to battery limit of equipment only as per list of equipment
given herein. Any equipment/items beyond battery limit excluded from scope of work of this
proposal.
6) Any statutory approval/sanction in connection with execution of this contract, our drawing,
documents in your country. However, necessary technical assistance for obtaining such
approval shall be provided by us.
7) Any other services/equipment not specifically mentioned.
8) Detailed design of foundations and architectures fee for building, Site Plan/site development
etc.
9) Clearing and safe transportation of machinery and equipment to project site.

WARRANTY:-Our equipment has warranty of 24 months from the date of commissioning against any
manufacturing defect. However consumable will not be covered under warranty. Electrical equipment burnt
out of faulty power supply will not be covered under warranty and repayment cost will be charged. Warranty
for pumps will be covered as per rule laid down by original manufacture.
