fittings and fixtures such as, but not limited to, heat mechanisms, toilet cisterns,
wall and electrical switches, thermostats and elements in hot water geysers, all leaks
in plumbing fixtures etc. and the Lessee's willpay for all the minor repairs &in
case of any majorrepairs, the repair charges shallbe paid by the Lessor only as per
the prior consent or approval of the Lessor.
8 Not to assign, sublet or part with the possession of the demised premises or any
