responsibility of shifting the utilities as well.

6. Slow Physical and Financial Progress of the Project by the Claimant
7. The Claimant caused delays in mobilization also

9. Delay due to Natural calamities/Act of god
10. Delay due to Handing over the site.
11. Delay due to escalation of prices.
