About Us:
MaMJGEF is dedicated to empowering underprivileged children and university students
through education and community development initiatives.
SPRARC is a burgeoning organization committed to researching and advocating for
sustainable poverty reduction strategies. We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin
and Project Officer to support both organizations in achieving their missions.
Key Responsibilities:
❖ Administrative Support:
➢ Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and
record-keeping for both MaMJGEF and SPRARC.
➢ Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office environments.
➢ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
❖ Project Coordination:
➢ Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects for both
organizations.
➢ Coordinate with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and
donors.
➢ Prepare project documentation, including proposals, budgets, and progress
reports.
➢ Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
❖ Communication:
➢ Manage inquiries and communications related to projects and administrative
matters.
➢ Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure alignment and
collaboration.
❖ Event Management:
➢ Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings for both
organizations.
➢ Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for successful event execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Project
Management, or a related field.
➢ Proven experience in administrative and project management roles.
➢ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
➢ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
➢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
➢ Passion for community development and poverty reduction.
