問題建議答法：

➢ 自我介紹
面對這條通常是第一條題目時，求職者應事先準備一長一短版本
的答案，長版本最多 5 分鐘，短版本 1～3 分鐘。求職者可以通過
觀察面試官是屬於哪種性格，如語速快通常是雷厲風行及追求辦
事效率的，則採用短版本，反之亦然。

亦要準備一個「三語」版本，包括：英語版、廣東話版、普通話
版，以備考官臨場要求轉頻道之需。

注意自我介紹是給面試官第一印象的，非常重要，應該自己在家
對著鏡子反覆練習，從而拿出最完美的一次給面試官以留下較好
的初印象。

➢ 說一說你的優勢
切忌天花亂墜，應與你應聘的崗位相關，結合應聘崗位的工作要
求作出回答，最好以比較實質的例子或者以數據說明自己的優
勢。

➢ 介唔介意講下你的缺點？
不要做誠實寶寶，自爆自己缺點，除非你唔想收到 offer。建議可
以將角度轉換，即原本是對公司有好處的點當成自己的缺點，例
如「我的缺點是比較心急，做事講究速度，可能對於其他同事來
說有點壓力」其實就是告訴面試官你工作有效率。

➢ 你辭職的原因是？

 除非離職原因是被裁員，否則，正面的離職理由不外乎：「想事
業有進一步發展」、「想轉換新環境，多學一些新事物」、「希
望增加閱歷」。答案雖則陳腔濫調，但打工仔轉工，除了為錢，
通常都是求升職，所以回答這條問題時，並不需要標奇立異有新
意，面試者只要有實質 Detail 證明，你的工作能力、經驗等，其
實已準備就緒去晉升，奈何原來的公司未能提供職位，所以才有
「進一步發展」打算。

➢ 你為什麼想要應聘這份工作？
注意熟悉崗位要求，公司文化背景，公司規模，結合自己能力及
工作規劃回答。

➢ 你期望有幾高薪金？
事先做好 research，根據行業平均提出合理薪酬要求，並且考慮自
己的工作經驗適當加減。
注意的是要與填 form 寫的一致，不要臨時改動。而且最好係一個
range, eg.10K-12K

➢ 為什麼我要請你？

應能精準地指出，你對這間公司，以及這個職位之所需會有所貢
獻，例如，申請職位是秘書，就要具體地交代你有幾高程度的速
記能力，以及在新公司這個平台上，估計可以為上司提高幾高%的
辦事效率，都是一些比較實質的憑證。

又或者，針對公司某些最關注的問題，你有辦法協助解決。

➢ 你有冇乜問題想問？

最好提出問題以展示自己有充分準備，並且有機會補回之前表現
不足的地方。不過內容最好是有關工作，晉升，公司發展相關的

的問題（e.g.需不需要 OT，公司福利…）

範例 1 – 管理層/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Application: XXX Airlines -

I am writing to apply for the Management Trainee program. I am a final year student of the
University of Hong Kong with a CGPA of 3.87. I am interested in working at Hong Kong
Airlines because of two reasons. First, I can see the potential growth in your firm. Established
in 2006, Hong Kong Airlines has become an internationally-acclaimed carrier and awarded the
“World’s Best Improved Airline” in 2014 by Skytrax. Thus, it is an excellent platform for me
to embark on my career. Second, I am attracted by the program structures. There are job
rotations in 6 core functions, including revenue management, airline planning throughout the
2-year program. The management trainees will also attend directors’ meetings and quarterly
performance meetings, which enable me to utilize my critical thinking skills. In addition, there
is a clear career path in this program, as the MT will become the assistant manager starting
from Year 3. This aligns with my career aspiration as I would like to work in a dynamic
environment across different functions.

I am suitable for this position because of my willingness to learn as well as my leadership and
communication skills. First, even though I come from a non-finance academic background, I
demonstrate my eagerness to learn. Particularly, as the Summer Analyst at JPMorgan Chase
& Co under Corporate and Investment Banking, I acquire my analytical skills through carrying
out violations investigation and securities information research in compliance for corporate
clients. In this role, I investigated if the trade transactions breach clients’ investment guidelines.
In addition, having worked at John Swire & Sons Limited, I coordinated the corporate program
“Swire Symphony under the Star”. I developed the skills to structure the problems arising from
the coordination with HK Philharmonic Orchestra and look for solutions from different
perspectives. These enable me to work in a challenging environment in Hong Kong Airlines.

**面試重整體表現

➢ 面試有數個模式，包括「一對一」(一位面試官面見一位應聘者)、「一對二」(兩
位面試官面見一位應聘者)及小組形式(一至兩位面試官觀察數位應聘者進行小組討
論)。
➢ 多數公司均不會隨便改變面試模式，建議應聘者可事先從公司網站了解。
➢ 面試的目的是了解應聘者的應變能力，工作技能，溝通能力等等，毋需特別操
練，放鬆應對即可。
➢ 以小組討論為例，不少公司會安排一位面試官主持討論，另一位面試
官在旁觀察，目的是了解應聘者是否懂得與人相處，因此應聘者切忌
過於霸道，不讓人說話，或沉默不作聲。
➢ 面試官亦會留意應聘者的細微動作，例如有否坐好，切忌說話時不看
著別人，甚至不望著面試官，坐姿亦要端正，不應蹺腳及手舞足蹈。

**忌刻意造假

➢ 面試是想看應聘者自然的表現，了解應聘者學歷，及工作能力，若為
面試而造假則未必實際。應聘者需自行平時裝備自己，多看書，留意
時事新聞並利用自己所學表達自己看法。
➢ 語文能力是常見的考核範疇，通常會要求應聘者用三文兩語能力，會
講流利廣東話，英文，普通話，並且具備寫作能力。如果面試中掩飾
自己，則在日後很容易被識破。
➢ 面試時，面試官可分辨應聘者有否說謊，若被識破，反而顯得不真
誠，因此，應聘者對與有關工作經歷和工作技能的問題，需照實回
答， 才實際可信。
➢ 遇有不懂回答的題目亦不緊要，只要表現謙虛，老實承認自己不足，
並表示日後會關注，便是可造之材。
