NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE

We, Mayurnagari D Building CO-OP HOUSING SOCIETY LTD, Pimple Gurav, PUNE, here by
certify that: Flat No. 405 - WING -D in Mayurnagari D Building CO-OP HOUSING SOCIETY LTD,
Pimple Gurav Situated at Sr No.63/4/5 has been allotted to Mr. Umesh Gorakhnath Bhakare
and Mrs. Neelima Umesh Bhakare as per sale deed dated 21/10/2004 registered before the
Sub-Registrar of HAVL 05 under SR.No.9726/2004

Who is member of our society and the Society has already issued No Objection to Mr. Umesh
Gorakhnath Bhakare and Mrs. Neelima Umesh Bhakare for sale of said flat, who, accordingly,
have indent to sale their Flat No. 405, D- WING in MayurNagari D Building CO-OP HOUSING
SOCIETY LTD, PIMPLE GURAV, PUNE to MR. Mrs. Supriya Yogesh Surve and Mr. Yogesh Baban
Surve, vide MOU Dated 27/04/2023 Documents No 4217/2023

2. That the total consideration for this transaction is Rs.40,50,000 /- (Rupees Fourty Lakhs
Fifty Thousand only) towards sale of above flat as per the MOU dated 27/04/2023 (NA)

3. The society has not issued NOC to the occupant of the said flat for the mortgaging the said
flat with any financial institute or Bank.
4. The Society confirms that, the Society has NO OBJECTION of whatsoever nature to the said
Mrs. Supriya Yogesh Surve and Mr. Yogesh Baban Surve, at their own costs, charges, risks and
consequences mortgaging the said Flat No.405 with STATE BANK OF INDIA (herein after
referred to as “the Bank”) as security for the amount advanced by the Bank to them subject
to the due and proper performance and compliances of all the terms and conditions of the
sale document by the said Mrs. Supriya Yogesh Surve and Mr. Yogesh Baban Surve

5. The Society has not borrowed from any financial institution for the purchase /development
of the property and have not created and will not create any encumbrances on the flat
allotted to the said Mrs. Supriya Yogesh Surve and Mr. Yogesh Baban Surve , (purchasers)
during the currency of the loan sanctioned / to be sanctioned by the Bank to them subject to
the due and proper performance and compliances of all the terms and conditions of the sale
document by the said purchasers.

6. After creation of proper charge / mortgage and after receipt of the copies there of and after
receipt of proper nomination in favor of the Bank, from the said purchasers, we are agreeable
to accept State Bank of India as a nominee of the above named purchaser/s for the property
described above and once the nomination favoring the Bank has been registered in the
Society’s register and advice sent to the Bank of having done so, We confirm not to change
the same without the written NOC of the Bank.

7. The Society has issued share certificate & it will transfer in the name of Mrs. Supriya Yogesh
Surve and Mr. Yogesh Baban Surve once all legal purchase formalities completed.
