OM - B2 7.5.9. Emergency Procedures

a. TERRAIN EMERGENCY LANDING

FA DUTY STATION DUTIES


1 Door 1L  Primary will commence initial command.
 Check the outside conditions.
 Check door lever is ARMED and open the door.
Check the slide is fully inflated, if necessary pull
manual inflation handle.
 Evacuate passengers using appropriate command.
 Check your area, assist other areas.
 Take flash light and the nearest megaphone, FAK
or ELT.
 Evacuate through door 1L. If unserviceable use the
nearest usable exit.
2 Door 2L  Primary will commence initial command.
 Check the outside conditions.
 Check door lever is ARMED and open the door.
 Check the slide is fully inflated, if necessary pull
manual inflation handle.
 Evacuate passengers using appropriate command.
 Check your area, assist other areas.
 Take flash light and the nearest megaphone, FAK
or ELT.
 Evacuate through door 2L. If unserviceable use the
nearest usable exit.
3 Door 3L  Primary will commence initial command.
 Check the outside conditions.
 Check door lever is ARMED and open the door.
 Check the slide is fully inflated, if necessary pull

 Proceed to cabin direct evacuation flow.

 Evacuate through door 1L. If unserviceable use the
nearest usable exit.
2A Zone B  Primary will commence initial command.
 Check out side condition.
 Proceed to cabin direct evacuation flow.

 Take flash light and the nearest megaphone, FAK
or ELT.
 Evacuate through door 2L. If unserviceable use the
nearest usable exit.
6A Zone B  Primary will commence initial command.
 Check out side condition.
 Proceed to cabin direct evacuation flow.
 Evacuate passengers using appropriate command.
 Take flash light and the nearest megaphone, FAK
or ELT.
 Evacuate through door 2R. If unserviceable use
the nearest usable exit.

2 Door 2L  Primary will commence initial commands and put

(unprepared).
 Move door lever to DISARMED, keep closed.
 Evacuate passengers using appropriate command.
 Direct passengers to other useable exits.
 Check your area, assist other areas.
 Take flash light and the nearest megaphone, FAK
or ELT.
 Evacuate through door 2L or 4L.
4 Door 4L  Primary will commence initial command, ensure
the life vest on.
 Check the outside conditions.
 Direct passengers to put the life vest on
(unprepared).
 Check door lever is ARMED and open the door.
 Check the slide is fully inflated, if necessary pull
manual inflation handle.
 Evacuate passengers using appropriate command.
 Check your area, assist other areas.

ditching emergency landing:
- 8 FA : FA-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
- 9 FA : FA-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1A
- 10 FA : FA-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1A, 2A
- 11 FA : FA-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1A, 2A, 6A
