SKILLSHIP
LEARNING PROCEDURE :

1. Self-paced Learning Phase (1 to 1.5 months):

During this initial phase, students are provided access to Skillship's online
platform where they can access learning materials, resources, and
interactive modules.
The curriculum is designed to be self-paced, allowing students to progress
through the material at their own speed, accommodating different learning
styles and paces.
To support students during this phase, Skillship provides instant doubt
support, likely through a live class or chat system or virtual helpdesk
manned by qualified instructors. This ensures that students can clarify any
doubts or questions they encounter while studying independently.
The self-paced learning phase allows students to build a foundational
understanding of the subject matter before moving on to more hands-on
activities during the bootcamp phase.
2. Bootcamp Phase (15-20 or more days):
The bootcamp phase is a concentrated period of hands-on learning
conducted in the school's computer lab.
Skillship's instructors lead the bootcamp sessions, guiding students through
practical exercises, projects, and activities that reinforce the concepts
learned during the self-paced phase.
All necessary equipment and materials for the bootcamp are provided by
Skillship, ensuring that students have access to the tools they need to fully
participate in the hands-on activities.
The bootcamp phase not only enhances student's understanding of the
subject matter but also helps them develop important practical skills and
problem-solving abilities.
3. Weekly Live Classes (Online):
Following the bootcamp phase, students transition to weekly live classes
conducted online.
These classes are designed to reinforce and expand upon the concepts
covered in the self-paced and bootcamp phases.
In addition to academic subjects, the live classes also include sessions on
personal development topics such as communication skills, time
management, and critical thinking.
The online format of the classes offers flexibility for students, allowing them
to attend from the comfort of their own homes or any location with an
internet connection.
Skillship's instructors utilize interactive teaching methods, such as live
discussions, group activities, and multimedia presentations, to keep
students engaged and actively participating in the learning process.
4. Intermittent Bootcamp Sessions (2-3 days or more, if required):
Throughout the duration of the program, Skillship may conduct intermittent
bootcamp sessions lasting 2-3 days as needed.
These sessions serve as refresher courses or provide additional hands-on
instruction for specific topics that students may need extra support with.
By offering intermittent bootcamp sessions, Skillship ensures that students
have ongoing opportunities to reinforce their learning and address any
areas of difficulty or confusion.
The flexible scheduling of these sessions allows Skillship to adapt to the
evolving needs of students and provide targeted support where it is most
needed.
5. Teacher Training: Throughout the skill development program, one or two
teacher from the school is also trained by Skillship. This ensures that the school
has the capacity to support and reinforce the skills learned by students, thereby
promoting sustainability and continuity in skill development efforts.
 ROADMAP
1 2 MONTHS
After the enrollment of students we
will go through online live classes
and student will get access to our
premium recorded lessons and
learn basics of related course with
our expert instructors.

2 1 MONTH
After learning basics we will conduct
a one month Advanced bootcamp of
related course and learn with hands-
on learning and teacher training will
also be provided.

3 5 MONTH
Now again we will switch to online
mode and provide very interactive
sessions to the students based on
skill development and as well as
personal development.

4 1 MONTH
1 Month bootcamp will again
conduct at the school, during this
bootcamp we will focus on skill as
well on personal development of
child. Also 2nd phase of teacher
training will also conduct.

5 3 MONTHS
Live classes + Offline test assessment
will conduct during this phase, this
will be end part of this year.

the courses provided. This agreement will safeguard against unauthorized
disclosure of course fees, ensuring that competitive pricing strategies remain
confidential and protected within the school's internal framework. By upholding
the principles of confidentiality outlined in the NDA, we can maintain the
integrity of our pricing structure and preserve a competitive advantage within the
educational landscape.

2. Data Safety:
Skillship acknowledges the responsibility to handle students' academic
performance data with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with all
relevant data protection laws and regulations. Skillship will use this data solely
for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the educational
programs provided to the school.
Additionally, Skillship reserves the right to request permission for the use of
students' academic performance data for targeted advertising purposes within
the confines of applicable laws and regulations. Any such advertising endeavors
will prioritize the privacy and best interests of the students, and explicit consent
will be sought from relevant parties before proceeding with any promotional
activities involving student data.

3. Use of Computer Lab:

Skillship will utilize the school's computer lab facilities during the boot camp
sessions conducted on the premises. This includes access to computers, software,
and other necessary equipment housed within the school's computer lab.
Skillship will ensure that all equipment is used responsibly and maintained in
good condition throughout the duration of the boot camp. Additionally, Skillship
agrees to adhere to any rules or guidelines established by the school regarding
the use of the computer lab and to respect the school's policies regarding
security and usage of their facilities.
4. School can ask for:
In accordance with the terms of our partnership, the school retains the right to
request academic results and attendance records of students participating in
Skillship programs. Skillship will promptly provide the requested information to
the school upon their request, ensuring transparency and cooperation.
Furthermore, the school is granted permission to observe live classes conducted
by Skillship. This access allows school representatives to monitor the delivery of
content, assess student engagement, and ensure alignment with educational
objectives.

Through these initiatives, we aim to provide a comprehensive educational

experience that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to
thrive in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
