OBJECTIVES:
User: Teachers/Admin.
App purpose:
Inventory management: My application allows teachers and administrators to store items. This
application can also remove items one by one or clear all of them at once.
Account Management: The app saves accounts created within it, facilitating easy and secure login and
logout for users.
Reliability: the application perform consistently without crashes or errors and the storage reliable,
ensuring that the item store and the users account that has been created will not lost or corrupted.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The Inventory management System focuses on two primary functionalities: adding items to the
inventory and removing items from it. These functionalities address the fundamental requirements of
inventory management and cater to the basic needs of the organization’s inventory control processes.

Login/Register Page:
• Fields for username and password.
• Option to register a new account or login into existing account.
Dashboard:
• Overview of inventory items.
• Quick access to add, remove, or update items.

• Form to input item details such as name.
• “Add” button to add the item to the inventory.
• Option to delete single item or delete all at once.
Inventory List Page:
• Table displaying all inventory items with columns for name.

• Desktop computer: Users can access the inventory application using standard desktop computers or
laptops.

Keyboard: Users can input text data such as usernames, passwords.
Mouse/Touchscreen: Users can navigate through the application, click on buttons, checkboxes, and
other interactive elements.
Storage Devices: Compatibility with external storage devices (e.g., USB drives, external hard drives) for
data backup or transfer.
These hardware components and devices facilitate the interaction between users and your inventory
application, enabling functionalities such as adding, removing, and storing inventory items using cloud
storage, as well as logging in and registering user accounts.

Operating Systems: Compatibility with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) on
which the inventory application can run.

systems) used for building and maintaining the inventory application.
USER CHARACTERISTICS
Dashboard/Homepage: Provides an overview of inventory status, such as total items.
Navigation Menu: Allows users to navigate between different sections of the application, such as
Inventory, List of item, and About app.
Add Item Page: Form fields to input a new item from inventory.
Removing item Page: This is where you can remove or clear existing item from inventory.
Logout Button: Allows users to securely log out of the application.

APPLICATION MANUAL
ABOUT: This app is for adding items. You can store them, delete them one by one, or delete them with
just one button.
Here's the guide for account registration.
Step1: Open app then register an account that has not been registered to this app. Then is this
notification pop up (“New account created “) in the top of your screen it means your account has been
registered then tap the login to go to dashboard.
Step2: Here’s the Dashboard as you can see there is buttons that you can interact like “add item” to add
item then “List of Item” to view or delete item.
Here’s the guide for adding and removing item.
This is the “add item” where you can store item by entering the item name on the textbox and click the
“add” button.
As you can see there is two item in the list, you can remove them by tapping it one by one.
Now as you can see there is only one item on the list, now how about when you want to clear or remove
all the items at once, you can just tap the “Clear Items” button to clear all at once.
And by tapping the “Clear Items” the list will be empty so I suggest to clear only one item by tapping the
item if you don’t want to remove all at once.
