This is to inform you that the school has arranged a Fun trip especially to Panchgani for the students of
GRADE 5and 6 for 2 days as per the attached itinerary from 3 March 2024 to 4 March 2024.

Mentioned below are the details of the trip:

VENUE Panchgani

ACCOMMODATION In ‘Millenium Park’ with deluxe rooms on QUADRAPLE sharing basis with
attached bath and all modern amenities.

TRANSPORTATION By luxury AC deluxe coaches.

MEALS Delicious Jain/Veg/Non-Veg buffet meals with snack hampers, cold drinks
and Chocolates hampers at regular intervals during journey.

TRIP COST Rs. 5850 /- per student

TOUR COST INCLUDES Transportation by AC luxury coaches

Accommodation in star category hotel on QUADRAPLE sharing
basis withattached bath and all modern amenities
Buffet choice of Veg/Jain/Non-Veg meals

Dear parents and students please note:

A] The destination has the limited capacity of students, we will only be taking the first 100 registrations.
B] In case number of students exceed the bus capacity of 45 seats then other alternate capacity of buses will
be arranged such as 11 / 13 / 17-seater AC tempo traveller OR 27 / 35-seater AC buses which may not be
similar to the size and dynamics as compared to the 45-seater large coaches.

Please Note: NO cancellation policy will be applicable.

DAY 01 – 03rd March, 2024
08:00 am Assemble at School
08:30 am Leave for Panchgani. En route breakfast will be served
12:00 pm Reach Panchgani and have lunch
12:30 pm Allotment of rooms and freshen up
03:00 pm Leave for sightseeing of Sydney point & Parsi point
06:00 pm Back to hotel and freshen up
07:30 pm Music & Entertainment
09:00 pm Delicious dinner will be served
10:30 pm Lights Out

DAY 02 – 04th March, 2024

07.00 am Rise & Freshen up
08.30 am Breakfast will be served
09.30 am Pack up and Leave for Mapro Factory visit (Prior to permission)
10.30 am Visit Mapro Factory in Wai
01.00 pm Lunch will be served at Factory
(1 pcs Pizza, 1 pcs Sandwich, French fries and Ice cream)
02.30 pm Leave for school
06.30 pm Reach school & depart home with sweet memories

protocols as per the Government protocols of Covid-19. I have also read the cancellation rules and regulations,
payment terms and conditions and am willing to abide by them. I am also aware that this trip is organized by a
third party and whilst appreciating your assurance for the safety of my child, I undertake not to hold Adventure
Experiential Learning Academy, the school and/or its management, staff and suppliers responsible or liable for any
untoward incident including but not limited to damages, loss of baggage, injury, illness, or accidents or change in
the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control and/or Force Majeure.
