Fault Detection In Solar PV During Electroluminescence Test using Transfer Learning [Apr’24]

• Pre-processed and augmented images using TensorFlow and Keras; developed models using transfer learning.
• Implemented EfficientNetV2B2, ResNet50, and VGG16; fine-tuned base models and applied class weights for imbalance.
• Achieved 80.38% accuracy and 0.43 cross-entropy loss; evaluated models with confusion matrix and Grad-CAM.
• Enhanced model robustness with data augmentation, achieved precision and recall improvements, deployed a user-friendly
interface using Gradio for real-time defect classification.
Dermoscopic Lesion Imaging using Deep Learning [Feb ’24-Present]

• Built and fine-tuned a custom deep learning model by leveraging the Inception V3 architecture with added dense layers for
multi-class classification on 10K+ sample Images.
• Obtained a validation accuracy of 89% and reduced overfitting by utilizing dropout regularization and early stopping.
• Automated the process of hyperparameter tuning using Keras Tuner.
