Teaching speaking in a short period of time

Abstract: This article highlights how to improve speaking skills in a short period of time and
gives a brief information about the speaking course plan that consists of the concepts of
vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and fluency which are the core elements of
communication. The course plan suits for each level and consists of various interactive
activities and tasks to improve the communication skill.

Speaking competencies are described as the abilities which permit us to talk


effectively. They give us the ability to convey information verbally and in a way
that the listener can understand. Learning how to increase English speaking
capabilities is so necessary for ESL students and EFL students too. It's one of
the most essential parts of language learning as talking is how we tend to
communicate in everyday life.Speaking is an interactive technique the place
statistics is shared, and if necessary, acted upon by the listener. So, it’s essential
to advance both speaking and listening skills in order to communicate
effectively.

In order to improve speaking skills, the most essential elements of speaking


skills are needed which are vocabulary,grammar, pronunciation and fluency.

1. Vocabulary

To enhance our speaking skills, we first need to be aware of the right words.
Vocabulary improvement begins offevolved offevolved when we are infants, as
we analyze to describe the world round us and talk our needs. This progresses
from single phrases to sentences when kids are two or 3, at which issue they will
commonly have a vocabulary of 150-300 words.

Vocabulary improvement is the area college students apprehend the meanings

communication.Each component of speaking skill does play a huge role in
order to increase your level of speaking and to make your speech more natural.
According to the course plan and its principles, anyone who wants to improve
their speaking skills can develop and reinforce their English language skill in a
short period of time.As it is said above, the course plan is intended for two
months and one month course plan consists of twelve lessons.
