HOW TO BOOK
Bhawan has 3 Rooms.
You can book the room(s) through your circle secretary.
To confirm the booking you have to mail us mentioning your details on sneabhawankolkata@gmail.com. Identity card or
Aadhaar card copy should be attached in mail during sending the booking request.

BOOKING CHARGES
Room no. 1: (with attached bathroom) Rs. 500/- per day for working SNEA Members (including ex SNEA members of
WBTC & CTD only), Rs. 600/- per day for relatives of SNEA members.
Room No. 2 and 3: (with common bathroom) Rs. 400/- per day each for working SNEA Members (including ex SNEA
members of WBTC & CTD only), Rs. 500/- per day each for relatives of SNEA members.

In addition to above, Rs. 50/- is one time charge for each room on each booking as service charge is applicable.

HOW TO GET BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Booking confirmation will be given on return mail only after getting the booking amount in advance.

Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded in any circumstances.
