Leading Small Finance Organizations Private Limited:

A comprehensive financial service provider offering a range of financial products, including SME
loans, MSME loans, Loans Against Properties (LAP), Auto loans, Educational loans, and more. We aim
to bridge the gap between organized and unorganized financial players, with a goal of achieving an
AUM of around 1000 crores within three years.

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales of
unsecured business loans, LAP, and home loans. This individual role involves developing and
maintaining strong client relationships, conducting field visits, achieving sales targets, and ensuring
the delivery of exceptional service.

⁠Qualifications and Skills:

•Any Bachelor’s degree

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on unsecured business loans, LAP, and
home loans.

•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•In-depth knowledge of financial products and lending practices.

•Willingness to conduct field visits and travel as needed.
