Category: The usHR Experience Challenge

Objective:

● To test your ability to work together as a group: knowing when to lead and when to
follow based on whatever is best for the team.

● To test your ability to make concept notes for events.

● To test your ability to make creatives like social media posts and videos.

● To test your ability to write succinct and interesting promotional captions and
event invitation texts.

Task Details:

● Go through all the events usHR conducts and develop a new event for usHR that’s
aligned with the objectives of the club- should involve HR domain and/or HR round
interview preparation.

● For the new event you’ve come up with:

○ Create a concept note (500-750 words)

○ Create a social media post

○ Write a creative caption for that post with hashtags

○ Create a 1-minute promotional video for the event

○ Write an event invitation text for your entire batch

Why do this?

● All these tasks are a significant part of the work many CnCs do. This will give you a taste of
the type of work all domain clubs do.

● Making creatives and working within a group are useful skills to practice as you begin your
MBA.

● Go through all the usHR events here and come up with a new event for usHR, different
from the types of events usHR has already:
