Important:
Candidate who got allotment to this college during First Phase and continued their allotment during
Final Phase, shall have to again report in the college by bringing all original certificates to
complete the admission process along with parent (Compulsory to bring) and attend the classes.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION AFTER FINAL PHASE:

All Original certificates and 04 sets of photo copies (arranged in the same order):
Four (04) sets of Xerox copies of all the certificates from Sl.No. (a) to (i) including AADHAAR Card
and PAN Card and another four (04) sets of Xerox copies of same shall be kept with the student to
meet the future requirements during the period of course (like to obtain passport, Education
Loan and placement registration etc.). It is further advised the students to scan all of your original
certificates and keep the images in secured locations like pen-drive/ PC/e-mail/ Google drive before
submitting to the college at the time of admission processes.
a) The copy of Convener TSECET-2022 allotment letter and receipt issued at helpline centre
(ROC) for certificate verification.
b) Self joining report printout taken from the https://tsecet.nic.in after the SECOND / FINAL PHASE of allotment.
c) TSECET-2022 Rank card and Hall Ticket.
d) Diploma consolidated Marks Memos & Provisional Certificate issued by the board.
e) SSC/10th Class Marks memo
f) Transfer Certificate issued by the Polytechnic College
g) Caste Certificate(if applicable)
h) Study Certificates from VI class to Diploma
i) In addition to the above 04 sets of photocopies of student Aadhaar Card
j) 05 Passport Size photos
k) Photo copy of the income certificate issued by MRO (those who are eligible for Fee reimbursement)

1) Commencement of class work: Regular classwork for B E - III Semester (2nd Year)
will be commencing for the academic year 2022-2023 with effect from 24.10.2022.
Hence, Students are informed to report in the Office of respective HoD to obtain the
important details including Open Elective & ECA Option exercise process and to attend
the classes immediately without fail.
2) Rs.9,095/-(towards special fee and insurance) for the students of Civil, Mechanical, ECE, EEE
& CSE and Rs.6,095/- for the students of CSE-AIML and IT including the students who are
given full/partial tuition fee exemption. This special fee should be made in the form of
Demand Draft drawn in favour of Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad-500 031.
4) Amount for Special fee, Book lending scheme and bus fare shall be remitted in the
Accounts Section.
5) Transportation : College has arranged exclusive buses for BE students in the routes of ECIL ‘X’
Roads, Lingampali ‘X’ roads(BHEL) , Vanasthalipuram, Ramanthapur, KPHB, Chillakalaguda, Alwal
IG Statue, Sagar Ring Road and the details of en-route can be provided in the college.

OPTIONAL FEES

A) Rs.28,000/-  Exclusive bus fare for All routes for the academic year 2022-23.
B) Rs.4,000/- Book lending Scheme for 3 years
