Terms:

- Any works and quantity with addition to the BOQ will be considered as variation.

- Project duration will be counted from the day of receiving LPO.

- Electrical power arrangement by Main contractor.

-Changing of Material or the design by the client after the job execution will be
considered as variation.
- Payment condition: 60% in advance,
30% with Delivery of the Materials to the Site.
Balance with completion of the project

Job Duration: Will be discussed.

(Any Delay in project execution cause of site clearance, Lockdown by authorities will be
adjusted accordingly)

Validity: 30 days from the date of quotation.
