to the land u/s 34 of the O.S.S Rule- 1962. Ask Record Keeper to verify
the Hal R.O.R position and entry of Mutation Details and comply the report
immediately.

II and has an area of Ac 0.030 and plot 836 has kisam bagayat I and an
area of Ac 0.180.Verified the original sale deed no 11481800762.Send the
case record to the R.I.Moradpada for disposal as per the instruction of the
Government communicated by the Revenue Department Letter no- S-
36/04- 6564/R., Dated 16/02/2004.The R.I. is directed to cause a summary
enquiry, to realize the required measurement fee, follow the stipulated
objection period and dispose the Case as per the provision of the Odisha
Survey Settlement Act/Rule and Odisha Mutation Manual and then return
back the Case Record for approval of the undersigned.

the Tahasildar , PURI for disposal of the Case. Perused the application
and found that the land schedule prayed for mutation stands recorded in
the name of the following persons. : : : , - Issued the individual
Notices in Form No- 10 to the Vendor / Vendee / Recorded Tenants / Co-
sharers with a direction to remain present in my office on dated
27/04/2018 with all the relevant documents. Issued the General Notice in
Form No- 9 inviting public objection if any from persons interested within a
period of 17 days from the date of service of notice.In the meantime, Amin
/ ARI is directed to submit the field enquiry report and to prepare the
sketch map in case of creation of a new plot. Case Posted to 14/05/2018

This case is put up today for
hearing after the stipulated objection period is over. Individual Notices
have been duly served and General Notice has been duly published in the
locality and S.R. back. No objection has been received from any quarter
during the stipulated period. The applicant is personally present. He
submitted the Original Regd.Sale deed bearing No 11481800762/ Dated
06.02.2018 registered at the District Sub-Registrar Office, PURI. Verified
the original document with the photocopy earlier submitted and found
correct and the photocopy of the Registered Deed do form a part of the
Case Record. ROR has been verified by the RK, it is reveal from the report
that Mz-Jhinkiria Jagannathpur, Khata No.-298/35, Plot No.-836, Area-
0.03, Plot No.-51 Area-0.18 stands recorded in the name of Surya
Narayan Panda S/O- Sibaram Panda Caste- Brahmin vill.- Manikarnika
sahi samil Taluchha Sahi, PS- Puri Town in Sthitiban status. On perusal of
the Deed it is found that the applicant namely - has purchased the land
schedule as mentioned below from the RT. I have personally conducted
the field enquiry and the field enquiry reports do form a part of this Case
Record. The report reveals the fact that the applicant has purchased the
suit land from the RT and possessing the land peacefully since the date of
registration. As per my field enquiry report the applicant is in peaceful
possession of the suit land since the date of registration.. The RT is not
from the S.C. or S.T. community. The suit land is not coming under the
authority of Law (Devottar) Department. The suit land is not beyond the
ceiling limit. The suit land is not a portion of 'Chaka' land. No objection has
been filed from any quarter within the stipulated objection period. Hence,
the mutation for the scheduled land as mentioned below is allowed in
favour of the applicant(s) subject to the approval by the Addl.

after appeal period is over. The RoR has been corrected and has been
updated in the Bhulekh website. Send intimation slip in duplicate to the R.I
Moradpada for correction of RoR at his/her level within a period of fifteen
days and to return back one copy of the slip with an endorsement that the
correction has been effected.Put up after the receipt of the returnable
intimation slip duly endorsed by the R.I Moradpada
