2. As a stakeholder what can you to address the issue of Environmental Responsibility, and
Sustainability?
What solutions can you propose?

Answer:

In the context of which the ideas of social responsibility are emphasized, sustainable
growth of society and business has become a beneficial approach of solving both social
problems and problems of preservation of the safe environment, which is vital for human
survival. Also, as a stakeholder in order to address the issue of Environment Responsibility and
Sustainability, I will promote environmental awareness among the people and the consumers
or customers including our company. Providing commercials that will prevent littering or
destruction of the environment and by putting on our products a warning or guideline shows
the preservation and sustainability of our environment like putting your trash on the
designated place/bin or a sign of “no littering”. Those simple solution or doings have huge and
positive effects on the environmental responsibility and sustainability.

Furthermore, today's businesses have a significant environmental impact. Enterprises

waste natural resources and release dangerous pollutants, contributing to the further
degradation of existing ecosystems and posing major challenges to our planet's biological
diversity. As a result, various efforts must be taken urgently to limit the negative influence of
enterprises, homes, and entire societies on the environment and to halt its destruction.
Undertaking socially responsible pro-environmental activities aimed at reducing waste and
harmful emissions to water and soil by implementing innovative technologies, and/or
investment, in pro-environmental infrastructure. This means they responsibly consider the
impacts of their activities on different resources and seek solutions that help minimize these
impacts.

As a stakeholder, I will propose to reduce the uses of a pollutants and chemicals. It

should be replace a biodegradables and eco-friendly materials. They should be lessen the usage
of green-house gasses. They should use biodegradable and recyclable materials and to
maximized the use of plastics and pollutants. Through this we can make a better environment
and meet the sustainability in the same time we can make a lot of profit which are the goals of
every companies.

Choose your side and make a strong support of your claims.

The benefits of organic food Organic food has become a profitable industry in the past
decade. Consumers who purchase organic feel confident they are buying more natural food
without the health risks of genetically modified (GM) organisms. However, consumer
perceptions of organic food are not always accurate. For instance, the Food and Drug
Administration has not found organic food any healthier than non-organic. Additionally, many
consumers mistakenly assume organic food is completely pesticide-free. In reality, to be
certified organic, any pesticides used on the produce must be made from natural materials.
Many farmers use organic pesticides on their produce to protect from bugs and other pests. On
the other hand, consumers should not rule out the benefits of organic food. Supporters claim
that although GM food is not considered to have health risks, its relative newness makes it
questionable. Organic food is also more environmentally-friendly, and consumers might still
believe organic pesticides derived from natural sources are safer than synthetic pesticides.

1. Organic food is a healthier alternative to genetically-modified products.

Answer:

The Organic food is a healthier alternative to genetically modified products as the

organic food grown or raised in natural way without the use of pesticides for plants/crops or
antibiotics, etc. for the animals and harmful chemicals but even some organic food grown or
raised with the use of pesticides, those pesticides are also organic and for the animals they do
not use vitamins or antibiotics, etc. to raised them which do not brings health risks. Organic
food is healthier alternative to genetically modified product despite from the Food and Drug
Administration’s statements where they said that they do not found organic any healthier than
non-organic. But as we already know that pesticides, antibiotics, etc. and harmful chemicals has
a negative effect on a human body and these pesticides and harmful chemicals use on the non-
organic products or genetically modified products. It serves as evidence that organic food is
healthier and will not bring possible negative effects or risks on human health even this Organic
Food is more expensive than GMO or genetically modified organism because organic food
requires more care to produce and need to be certified.

2. Consumers are misled about the benefits of organic food.

Answer:

The consumers should not misled about the benefits of organic food. The organic food has many
benefits as it is environmental friendly, free from pesticides, harmful chemicals, and it will
prevent the health risks among the children, pregnant woman, and to the other consumers.
Even some organic food are expensive than non-organic food because of the difficulties in the
production of some organic food, where the organic food needs to take care and it takes long
time before harvesting. Also organic food needs to be certified as organic food by the Food and
Drug Administration that’s why some organic food are more expensive than non-organic food
but the truth is organic food is healthier than organic food. As stated on the scenario that
organic food uses organic pesticides derived from natural sources are safer than synthetic
pesticides are also benefits included from the organic food. From that statement it means that
having free from pesticides or the usage of organic pesticides will prevent health risks.
