Adobe LiveCycle Designer 11.0 for SAP solutions is supported on following operating system:
• Windows 10 (32bit/64bit)
• Windows 11
• Windows Server 2016 X64 (supported with Patch Level 6 and higher)
• Windows Server 2019 (supported with Patch Level 15 and higher)
• Windows Server 2022 (supported with Patch Level 17 and higher)

Standalone installation / patch
Attention:
Make sure that you have administrator rights on your PC.
 Installation target must be a local file system.
Cloud storages, like OneDrive are not supported as installation target.
Double-click the downloaded file.
During the installation/patch, the old version of LiveCycle Designer (up to 10.4) is uninstalled.
On the second screen of SAPSetup, SAPSetup shows options to install/patch.
Attention:
As default, only English Help file is installed. If you want to install other language version of Help (German / Spanish /
French / Italian / Japanese / Dutch / Portuguese / Swedish), select corresponding option.
SAP GUI server integration
Adobe LiveCycle Designer 11.0 for SAP solutions is supported with SAP GUI Server Release 7.40 and higher.
For more information about the integration on the SAP GUI server, refer to SAP Front End Installation Guide (chapter
about adding new SAP front end components to an existing installation server).
Before importing Adobe LiveCycle Designer 11.0 for SAP solutions into SAP GUI server, extract downloaded file.
Open Windows command prompt from location of downloaded file.
And enter following command:
ALD110P_<patch level>-<number>.EXE /extract:<where to extract>
For example:
File ALD110P_4-80000927.EXE is downloaded at c:\temp folder.
You want to extract to c:\temp\ald folder.
>> ALD110P_4-80000927.EXE /extract:c:\temp\ald

• Patch level 1: Designer version 11.0.1.20150701.2.920171 (File version: 1101.5182.2.0)
When logged in ABAP system with German, orientation parameter can't be adjusted for ZPL (only custom paper size).

• Patch level 2: Designer version 11.0.1.20160216.1.923086 (File version: 1101.6047.1.0)
When a subform set ('Select One Subform from Alternatives' - 'Choice subform sets') is inserted under a table as a table
row, all object under this subform set can't be translated by transaction SE63. Refer to SAP note 1900254.
Inserted Script is vanished during editing very old template. Refer to SAP note 2259632.
LiveCycle Designer can't find some Arabic/Hebrew True Type font. Refer to SAP note 2289484.
