Having carefully examined your Letter to Bidders entitled “Invitation to Tender: Proposal No.
CNL.000000267 “PROVISION OF CLEANING AND INTELLIGENT PIGGING OF
PIPELINE SERVICES”, Terms and Conditions, including all Exhibits, and with knowledge of the
conditions to be encountered during field operations, the undersigned proposes to perform the work as
defined in the above documents, which proposal incorporates all of the documents set forth above, as
indicated below:

If the undersigned is awarded a contract for the above-defined work, the undersigned agrees with the
following:

(1) That the undersigned has read and understood all instructions to bidders and agrees to submit
TECHNICAL BID and COMMERCIAL BID in accordance with the attached SCOPE OF
WORK EXHIBIT for this bid exercise.

(2) That the undersigned has read and agrees to abide by the safety practices outlined in WORK
PERFORMED IN COMPANY’S AREA OF OPERATIONS EXHIBIT and attachments.

(3) That the undersigned shall abide by the guidance provided by WORK PERFORMED IN
COMPANY’S AREA OF OPERATIONS EXHIBIT and attachments.

(4) That immediately upon award of contract the undersigned will provide company the
certificate of insurance meeting the requirements outlined in Section 10 of the CONTRACT

(5) That the undersigned has read and understood all the Commercial requirements as indicated
in the COMPENSATION EXHIBIT.

(6) That the undersigned has provided details of Nigerian Content as specified in COUNTRY
ADDENDUM EXHIBIT.

(7) That the undersigned has read and understood all technical requirements and will complete
the work in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and its Exhibits.
