I would like to request permission to conduct a School Learning Action Cell (LAC) entitled, Implementation
of Catch-Up Fridays Focused on the Different Strategies for Reading and Suggested Activities for Reading
Enhancement on March 14 ,2024 to be held at Gualsic Integrated School.

Participants in this training are teaching and non-teaching personnel with an expected number of 8
attendees via face-to-face. The amount of expenses is P1,500.00 charged to school fund.

The objectives of this training/activity are:

1. Provide an in-depth understanding of Catch-Up Fridays including its objectives, content and
implementation strategies.
2. Develop lesson exemplars for Catch-Up Friday activities with reading materials.
3. Implement different strategies suitable for the implementation of Catch-Up Fridays.

In view of the Covid-19 situation, we will observe the guidelines pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 052,
s. 2020 consistent with the policies set forth by the Inter-Agency Task force for the Management Emerging
Infectious Diseases (AITF) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
