Subject: Intimation letter to police SHO

This is to Complaint against my Husband, Mr. Pankaj Yadav (+91

**********) for mental and physical harassment and usage of indecent
language and torture towards me, my daughter and my family
members.

I, Ayushi Mishra. D/o Sh. Chotu Mishra., am a law-abiding citizen of

India, who is most humbly constrained to approach your good self for
lodging a complaint against my Husband for torturing, assaulting me
mentally and physically, using indecent language, and causing
grievous hurt to me and my daughter. My Husband has made my and
my daughter’s life a living hell by subjecting us to a daily dose of
torture and abuse with the utmost filthy language. My husband and I
got married on ___04 dec2016______ at ______Country Inn Resort
Pushkar__ as per our Hindu rites and rituals.

I am writing this complaint to your good self in anticipation that my

Husband and his family members might lodge frivolous complaints
against me and my family members to defame us and our reputation
in the public eye. It is pertinent to mention here that my husband and
my in-laws forced me to move out of our matrimonial home on
__28Mar24___. My husband used to beat me almost regularly as I
could not fulfil their demand to get huge amounts of cash from my
parents to support my Husband’s new business venture. However, I
was still always willing to perform my part of duties as a wife. But the
water went above the head when on Holi my husband came home and
started abusing and slapping me in front of my daughter. When I tried
to calm him down, he pushed me and my head hit the table causing
grievous hurt to me. It would not be out of place to mention here that
upon seeing me hurt my daughter came running to me, and started
crying as she was scared and couldn’t breathe properly after seeing
such an incident in front of her It was on that day when I along with
my daughter left the matrimonial house.
My husband had forcefully taken my minor daughter in his custody
and had ousted me from the matrimonial home and went to Ajmer. I
requested and begged my husband to allow me to see my daughter,
but every time I did so, my husband abused me and used sexually
lewd remarks at me. My daughter then managed to talk to me on a
phone call and told me that my husband has been harassing and
using abusive language due to his temperamental issues, which he
always had.

I could not resist sitting away from my daughter after getting to know
about the plight and miserable condition of my daughter and
Somehow, after a few days on …03jun24…………. I manged to get my
daughter out of his clutches and house. When I took my daughter in,
my daughter was in a miserable condition and was crying ceaselessly.
It is pertinent to mention herein that my daughter is a minor aged
approx. 4 years, thereby the complainant has the legal right of custody
of her daughter.

Furthermore, I am willing to cooperate fully with the authorities in any

inquiry or investigation that may arise from my husband or in laws.

I kindly request you to take note of this intimation and handle any
future complaint from my husband and in laws, against me and my
family members with the utmost diligence and impartiality. Lastly, I
would request you to please not go ahead with any FIR/Complaint
without giving me an opportunity to be heard.
