Kamalpokhari Kathmandu. The company operates on a business-to-consumer (B2C)
model, offering a wide range of products to its customers. Socheko.com has quickly
become a popular destination for online shopping in Nepal, providing a convenient and
hassle-free way for customers to purchase goods from the comfort of their own homes
Socheko.com offers a wide range of products including home appliances, men's clothing,
kids' clothing, women's clothing, accessories, and electronic devices. Over the years, the
company has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality products at competitive
prices and offering exceptional customer service.

The Nepali e-commerce industry has experienced significant growth in recent years, with
increasing numbers of consumers turning to online shopping for convenience, variety,
and affordability. Socheko.com has been at the forefront of this industry, leveraging

clothing, accessories, and electronics. The company should focus on offering
highquality products at competitive prices to attract and retain customers. The

company can also introduce new products based on customer demand and market
trends.

 Price: Socheko.com should adopt a pricing strategy that is competitive and affordable
for its target market. The company can offer discounts and promotional offers to
attract customers and increase sales. The platform can also offer flexible pricing
options such as installment payments and bulk discounts to cater to the diverse needs
of its customers.

 Place: Socheko.com is an online marketplace that operates exclusively in Nepal. The


platform is focusing on expanding its reach by targeting potential customers through
social media and other online marketing channels. The company can also explore
partnerships with other online marketplaces and retailers to expand its customer base.
Currently its main operating place is capital of nation i.e Kathmandu. Besides
Kathmandu it is operating its activities in major cities of Nepal.

discover card. There payment processing company is authorize.net on whose secure
server will be transferred to when you select the credit card payment option. All
transaction and processed securely in their server itself. Hence, customer won’t have
to worry about the credit card number being hacked.

of the major problems that Socheko.com faces are:

lack of awareness among Nepali buyers about online shopping. Many people in
Nepal are still skeptical about online transactions, and this hinders the growth of
ecommerce businesses in the country.

• Lack of location tracker of delivery agent: Another challenge faced by


Socheko.com is the lack of a location tracker for their delivery agents. This can
result in delayed deliveries and frustrated customers who are unable to track their
orders.

• Security and privacy issues: E-commerce sites are often the target of cyber attacks
and data breaches. Socheko.com needs to ensure that its platform is secure and

Nepal, is a tough competitor for Socheko.com. To compete with Daraz,
Socheko.com needs to offer better products, prices, and customer service as daraz
has occupied largest margin of market share of ecommerce in Nepal. Due to huge

capital investment and foreign investment Daraz has become the tough competitor
for Socheko.com.
• Poor Infrastructure: Nepal's infrastructure is not well-developed, particularly in
rural areas, and this can hinder the growth of e-commerce businesses. Poor roads,
unreliable electricity, and limited internet connectivity can lead to delays in
deliveries and disrupt operations.

• Unstable Government: Nepal has experienced political instability and frequent


changes in government over the past few decades. This can lead to changes in
policies and regulations that affect businesses, making it difficult for e-commerce
companies like Socheko.com to plan and operate effectively.

• Policies of NRB: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the country's central bank, has
introduced several regulations that have impacted e-commerce businesses. For
example, the NRB requires all transactions above a certain amount to be
processed through the banking system, which can be costly and time-consuming
for businesses. Additionally, the NRB has imposed restrictions on foreign
exchange transactions, which can make it difficult for businesses to pay for

left in the management team.

solution measure to this problem are given below:

marketing and advertising to aware the mass public regarding its services and
products. Once the customer is aware of the site and the services of the business
they will really try for once and always so investing in marketing help to aware its
potential customers.

• Raise the capital: Socheko.com can explore various funding options to raise
capital, such as seeking venture capital or crowd funding. The company can also
focus on improving its profitability by reducing costs, increasing sales, and
improving efficiency.

• Security issues address: To address security concerns, Socheko.com can


implement robust security measures such as two-factor authentication, encryption,
and regular security audits. The company can also ensure that customer data is
kept confidential and secure, by complying with relevant data protection
regulations

Recommendation:
Socheko.com is doing good in current business scenario but we would like to give
following recommendation so that Socheko.com can improve its service quality, increase
its competitiveness, and grow its market share in the Nepali e-commerce industry:

Firstly, Socheko.com should focus on improving its delivery service by investing in a


reliable delivery tracking system. This will help to reduce customer complaints related to
lost or delayed orders and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Secondly, the company can differentiate itself from its competitors by offering unique
and high-quality products, competitive pricing, and superior customer service.
Socheko.com should also leverage social media and other digital marketing channels to
increase brand awareness and reach new customers.
Thirdly, the company can explore various funding options to raise capital and improve its
