Nepal, is a tough competitor for Socheko.com. To compete with Daraz,
Socheko.com needs to offer better products, prices, and customer service as daraz
has occupied largest margin of market share of ecommerce in Nepal. Due to huge

capital investment and foreign investment Daraz has become the tough competitor
for Socheko.com.
• Poor Infrastructure: Nepal's infrastructure is not well-developed, particularly in
rural areas, and this can hinder the growth of e-commerce businesses. Poor roads,
unreliable electricity, and limited internet connectivity can lead to delays in
deliveries and disrupt operations.
• Policies of NRB: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the country's central bank, has
introduced several regulations that have impacted e-commerce businesses. For
example, the NRB requires all transactions above a certain amount to be
processed through the banking system, which can be costly and time-consuming
for businesses. Additionally, the NRB has imposed restrictions on foreign

following recommendation so that Socheko.com can improve its service quality, increase
