3. The First Party shall grant the Second Party a paid annual leave of 30 days .
4. The Second Party is entitled to get a weekly rest of 1 days with full payment for the following

Article (2) (Contract Details) )‫البند الثاني ( تفاصيل التعاقد‬
1.The term of this contract shall be 2 Years starting from 04/07/2024 and ending on ‫ وفي حال رغبة أحد‬04/07/2026 ‫ وتنتهي في‬04/07/2024 ‫ سنوات تبدأ من‬2 ‫تكون مدة هذا العقد‬.1

Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning the ‫ بشأن تنظيم عالقات العمل‬2021 ‫ لسنه‬33 ‫يقع باطال كل شرط يخالف أحكام املرسوم بقانون رقم‬
regulation of labour relations and the executive regulations and the relevant decisions in ‫والالئحة التنفيذية والقرارات ذات العالقة املعمول به في شأنه‬

Article (5) ‫البند الخامس‬
The Parties are bound to abide by all the laws and regulations in the country, and to maintain

public order and public decency. Imposing any of the sanctions mentioned in the Federal
Decree-Law on the Regulation of Labour Relations, or its Executive or Implementing Decrees,
shall not hinder enforcing further sanctions mentioned in other laws in case of violating such
laws.
