The C-Suite Leaders Program—India is expertly crafted to develop you into a well-rounded leader equipped with the
necessary mindset and knowledge to maximize your personal potential and organization’s success. You will learn
through a combination of interactive online sessions, in-person lectures led by Wharton faculty in India (Mumbai)
and the United States, relevant case studies, and guest speakers who are accomplished C-suite leaders in India and

Module 4: Immersion and Networking Event (three days on campus + one day off site |
Nov 13–16, 2024 | Philadelphia)
Meet your cohort peers and faculty in person on the Wharton Executive Education campus in Philadelphia for a
three-day immersive learning experience and networking event and one day of immersive off-site activity. In
addition to the learning sessions, the module will include post-program reflection, consolidation, and action
planning. Engage in structured networking activities with your peers, industry executives, and faculty to create a
lifelong community of global executives. The off-site event will enable you to engage in peer bonding activities

Harbir Singh is renowned for his influential research that explores how organizations can develop
world-class capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage. His work focuses on strategic
leadership; growth and innovation via alliances and acquisitions, and the evolution of competitive
strategy. He is the recipient of multiple awards, including the 2018 Wharton Teaching Excellence
Award and the 2020 Strategic Management Society CK Prahalad Award for Scholarly Impact on
Practice. In addition, he is the academic director of several of Wharton’s open-enrollment executive
programs, has served as a vice dean for global initiatives at the Wharton School, and teaches and
directs numerous customized programs for organizations and associations around the world.

Who is it for?

The C-Suite Leaders Program—India is ideal for business leaders in the region who are
seeking to grow their businesses and organizations. This can include current C-suite
executives wanting to augment their strategic leadership skills with innovative thinking
and C-suite aspirants looking to acquire executive leadership capabilities.

It is particularly beneficial for:

Earn a Wharton Executive Education digital certificate upon successful completion of the program. Participants of
the program get exclusive access to a wide range of professionals, events, and networking opportunities. You can
also benefit from additional tuition assistance upon enrolling in further online electives from Wharton Executive
Education.

Pathway to Wharton alumni status
For more than 135 years, Wharton has been the place where visionaries, inventors, and trailblazers get their start.
After completing the C-Suite Leaders Program—India and subsequent open-enrollment programs, subject to further
qualification criteria and additional tuition, you have a pathway to apply for Wharton alumni status.

Executives who successfully complete the C-Suite Leaders Program—India have the option of applying to the General
Management Program (GMP). The GMP provides further opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and business
acumen with a flexible curriculum. The C-Suite Leaders Program—India provides one credit toward the six required to
complete the GMP and earn alumni status. More details on the GMP are available at Wharton Executive Education.

Upon qualifying for Wharton alumni status, you will be eligible to receive:
