Explaination
Wood is used for building insulation because
wood has a high specific heat capacity and gets
hot slowly.
Windows for ventilation and prevent cool air from
seeping out and hot air from seeping in.
Cool roof to reflect more amount of sunlight
rather than absorbing it.
Balcony full of plants will give you a lot of
ventilation and cool down the temperature of
your interiors by several degrees.
