About your future role


Join us and become the new People Data Analyst in
our People Data & Analytics department within Group HR.
Our mission is to facilitate a data-driven culture within the HR
function and support the Business and People strategy with
valid and trusted data-driven insights. We collaborate
closely across the department with HR Services, our partners
in Group HR and managers across the global organization.
Ways of retrieving and displaying data in Group HR is
changing during the coming years and you will have an
important role in shaping the future landscape.
Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

Coordinate ad hoc projects that require HR data analysis


Create automated data validations and solutions to ensure
high data quality
Optimize existing reporting products for best performance
Optimize integration between our core HR system (Oracle
HCM) and reporting platforms, including Crunchr and
PowerBI
Create visual appealing dashboards in in PowerBI
Provide training to fellow HR colleagues in the usage of
data

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

Full English proficiency in writing, speaking and


understanding
Holding a Masters degree in HR, Economics, Psychology,
Social Science or a similar educational field
3+ years of experience with reporting and analysis
Experience with SQL (a plus but not mandatory)
Producing dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management,
great communication skills with emphasis on storytelling
